These terms cover the posts you buy through this storefront. Where you have signed a separate written agreement with Fortify 24x7, that document governs anything the two disagree about.
A post buys a monthly subscription to one named service, run on the platform its field guide names, tallied by the unit that guide names. Each guide sets out the reach and the stopping point, and its honest scope block counts as part of this agreement.
We may change the underlying platform behind a post if a vendor relationship ends or a better tool arrives. Where that changes what the post reaches, you hear from us before it happens, and you are free to stand the post down.
Rates on this storefront run per unit, per month, in United States dollars, and are taken ahead of the month. Checkout hands the card to Stripe. The first charge falls at checkout. Every charge after it falls on the same date of the month that follows.
Adding a post or raising a count between charges is billed by Stripe on its usual proration, and the change shows on your next invoice. Rate changes reach existing subscribers with at least thirty days of written notice, never retroactively.
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it on a schedule and we email you. Nothing is switched off on the first failure. Where payment stays outstanding past the retry window, we may suspend delivery of the posts on that subscription until it clears.
Suspension is not deletion. Tell us what is happening and we will hold the account while you sort the card out. Prolonged non payment with no contact eventually ends the subscription and the data retention attached to it, and you get written warning before that point arrives.
We undertake to deliver each post as its field guide describes, to staff the response crew, to work reports you file with reasonable diligence, and to tell you plainly when something is outside what you bought.
We undertake to give notice of material changes, to keep an honest scope block on every guide, and to answer the question of what a post does not do as readily as the question of what it does.
You undertake to give us accurate information while scoping, to hold the authority to enroll the machines and connect the tenants you ask us to cover, and to tell your people that these services are running where the law where you operate requires you to.
You undertake to keep counts honest. If the covered machine number rises, the count should rise with it. You also undertake not to resell what you buy here without a separate written arrangement with us.
These services are supplied as described and not as a guarantee of outcome. No post here promises that an intrusion will not happen, that no message will ever fool anybody, that every sensitive record has been located, or that every copy will restore perfectly. Those are not promises anybody in this trade can honestly make.
Nothing here is insurance, legal advice, or a compliance certification. Where a control helps you satisfy an obligation, that is useful and it is still your obligation.
Where the law allows a limit, everything we can owe under these terms adds up to no more than the fees paid to us across the twelve months preceding a claim. Lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, and indirect or consequential loss sit outside what we carry.
Where the law forbids a limit, this section imposes none. Fraud is one such case.
Your data stays yours. Files, records, telemetry, and copies belong to you, and we hold them as processor to deliver the service. Our tooling, configuration, documentation, and the content of this storefront stay ours.
Where we produce a report, a finding, or a written recommendation for you, you may use it inside your business however you wish.
You may stop any post or the whole subscription from your station or by writing to us. A month already paid runs out to its end, and it does not get split. Nothing renews for a year, and no notice window exists to miss.
On the way out, written confirmation arrives naming what is removed and on what date, copy data and its retention included. Ask for an export before you go and we will arrange one.
Updates happen. When one does, the posted date up top moves with it. A change that materially affects what you buy reaches account holders directly, and you may stand down rather than accept it.
Nevada law governs these terms. Conflict of law rules do not apply. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest carries on, and letting a term slide once does not waive it.
